Ironman – staging and towers

Euro Scaffolds was engaged by Ironman New Zealand to build a stage for their prizegiving. It needed to be secure and provide stair access. The stage was also covered with plywood, so it could be kitted out with a red carpet.

We also constructed a commentary tower. This also needed to have easy stair access and be weatherproof to protect the commentators.

Both structures had to be created and dismantled quickly due to the tight event deadlines. Our extensive experience with large events made working with Taupo’s largest sporting event a breeze. It’s always a privilege working with the Ironman team.
